Horrible didn't get called all day had to call in at 430 was told I would get called back had to then go into the service department 5 mins before they were about to close cause I needed a car the next day for work and they wouldn't call us back then to find out there "tech" went home with out doing a write up and that my check engine light problem was fixed when really they just cleared the code got home only took maybe 5 mins to drive and the engine light comes back on so not only were they not gonna call us and I would have been without a car they didn't even do the work they where suppose to and said they did and I have had my car in the shop almost every Friday or wed with radio issues that they can't fix and I bought the car in October of 2015 so since dec it's been going into this shop with the same problem and there service manager won't return our messages so now we have a claim in Chrysler Canada which isn't helping much so horrible experience will never get another dodge car and don't appricate the advisories making jokes about us coming in all the time that we should just get a job there they know us by name when we call and when we go in almost every advisor there knows us not a good thing by the way
