It all went very well.

Speed, kindness, free food on this particular day (though I didn't partake), free bottled water as well (of which I did partake), clean waiting area, available recycle bin for my bottle, car wash, coupons, suggestions of extra things (like a weakening battery) with no pushiness.

Good chats with the service tech, Jeremy Davis. Good chats with John Mihail and Jay Hall while I waited.

Was a high quality experience. Always seems to be such a case.

Also, I just have to mention. While in the waiting area, I observed various techs chatting with folks about their service status or situation. One lady was very understanding of a customer s situation which would take multiple days to repair, offering a loner option for her. Another case was a gentleman tech sitting next to me to talk to a lady customer, both then sharing pictures of grandchildren with each other.

Pretty cool.
