I recently and moved in the Edison area so the Edison Infiniti was the closest to my place. I had some issue with the car and called them for the Diagnostics, they quote me $125 appx. and it will be waived if I fix my car from these guys. I agreed upon the terms and took my car there and get a loaner for the time they have my car. I went to the dealer and found out they don't have the loaner but they will return my car same day. Never happened even after the appointment and No Loaner either. So that was Friday and they promised to give me the car on Monday and the car will be ready by 8:00 AM as I have to be at work by 9 AM. So I went back on Monday morning, I see my car is ready but service adviser pretended so busy and totally neglect. I am a very calm person but at that point I blew off. Now I found out the issue was very small but as they spent too much time on my car, I have to pay Diagnostics fees plus money to fix the car. I was already late and wanted to get out of there so just paid my dues. I went to work and found out the Lug nut locks were missing on the right two tires. Called up the dealership and Mr. John promised to call me back the very next day. Again Never happened. I called back after a week and was told that he called me on the wrong no but they never took the tire off so they have no clue. Really how did you check the brakes and balance the tires. So agreed on giving me a new one. Another week my went to the dealership and the same guy, John denied even talking to me. Apparently he has no clue. huh! He went to the car and start searching my car for the missing lug nuts without our permission. Dude you lucky, I was not there.

Will never refer this place. I bought another Infiniti truck from some other dealership. Very satisfied with their sale. Now my both cars go there for all the service.

Don't recommend this place, bunch of liars and thieves. Stay Away!!!
