Jacob Brenholdt Review of caesar's palace

Our problems began when Caesars reservations personnel failed to apply the appropriate individual names to a group of reservations and all rooms ended up under the name of the caller. Which conflicted with our requests and requirements per our organization s reimbursement regulations.
At check in, we were promised that the appropriate names would be added at check out.
Upon extension of our stay in Las Vegas, we were apparently checked out and re-checked in instead of a more pure extension. Evidently, this locked the receipts and made it impossible to modify names. Which was an issue we discovered the next morning when we checked out.
After failing to resolve the issue with the customer service representative, we asked for a manager, who unbelievably took a hard line stance against our simple request to modify names on a receipt.
Again, we were promised on three separate occasions that this would be done.
After ten minutes of unproductive explanations, and requests for reasonable resolution, we cut our losses.
Our organization will never again spend a single dollar at any Caesars Entertainment establishment.
