If I could give zero stars, I would. My furnace wasn't heating at all, and we called Gillece because we'd heard good things about them. One of their technicians came to my house and charged $95 just to look at the furnace. He then told us it was installed incorrectly, and would have to be taken apart and put back together to the tune of $3,150. Before committing to dropping such a huge chunk of cash, I called a local, private business for a second opinion. He diagnosed and fixed my furnace (incidentally, the furnace was properly assembled and all that needed to be replaced was a pressure switch) in a few hours, and charged me $117 for service and parts. I feel scammed by Gillece, and would recommend against them to anyone I know.
