The staff is not prepare to deal with the challenges this type of facilities deals with. No many people is well train in this place. They released my son and he is the same or worse when he when in. I called there so many times leave voice messages regarding few different questions and no even one person ever call me back to resolve or help with my situation. Only Mr Frank was very helpful and caring to the point that I received any help. Most people there are half train.
I know someone from the facility will read this. Read all this reviews and do something about it.
