Stayed here for Twitchcon. It's a bit of a walk to the convention center, so if you don't like to walk a lot and have an event there I'd find closer options.

As for the stay itself, we checked into our room and later that evening came back to find that the temperature was 80+ despite the thermostat saying otherwise. We did call the front desk and they fixed the AC quickly as well as our toilet which was running (where the water leaks into the bowl from the tank and runs endlessly).

The wifi rules seemed a bit extreme, that after a 3rd device a room would be charged but maybe that's standard with most hotels now.

We stayed in building 3 and it was easy to get in and out with our key cards.

We had to check in our luggage early/leave it late with the bell service who didn't seem pleased at all with Twitchcon when we arrived. Several of them sat around watching others do work while we were trying to get our bags checked in too. Perhaps that's just a hangout spot for employees, this was unclear.

Checking out Sunday however, the team was much more attentive and friendly.

As for the room, a bit dated but had all the basic amenities you'd get with a hotel room. Nothing special, but not awful either, it was clean which is more important than decor.
