I have never seen such bad customer service: disorganized, unprofessional, putting contradictory information on the contract. To correct it, you have to send 4 emails and call 3 times (when you manage to get someone) and you are told to resend an email! So that it is not always changed. We tell you no problem, it's page 3 that counts, even if the opposite is written on Page 2 (lol)
Even on the form it is very average: make you wait without music or polite formula ... you almost wonder if it is not a scam.
I have not yet had a claim and I hope never to have one, I am afraid of taking charge in advance.
