Shortly after leasing my Honda Civic, I discovered I was pregnant. Convinced I wouldn't be able to get out of it, I told myself to wait the remainder and then purchase a bigger vehicle. My daughter is now 3 months old and it was only getting harder to fit her into my tiny car.

I discovered a used 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee (my dream car!) on their lot and emailed to inquire about the possibility of getting out of my lease. I met with Jared who test drove the vehicle with me. He assured me that we would do whatever to get my into a bigger vehicle that day. Rather than running my credit immediately, he asked me important questions like what my credit score was, income info, etc. to get a better idea of my situation. He provided me with a paper that had an estimated payment range and allowed me to sit with it for a few minutes. I never felt any pressure from him, which I appreciated.

We proceeded with the application, which is where Steven came in. He worked so hard to get me approved and keep my payments where I needed them. The wait was not incredibly long, but he still came into Jared's office and kept me informed of where we were at in the process. I was incredibly doubtful, only because of where I was at with my lease. And then SURPRISE! Steven came to me and said "We did it!". The Jeep qualified for an insane warranty despite it being a used vehicle, and didn't raise my monthly payment too much.

I appreciate Jared and Steven SO much! Not only did they work together to make sure I moved to a bigger vehicle, they treated me like a person not just another sale. Turns out, Steven and I shared common music interests so while we were finalizing the paperwork we had an awesome conversation! Also, I left my garage door opener in the old car, and all I had to do was leave Jared a message and he made sure it was placed in the mail.

This is a super long review, but I really need whoever is reading this to know what an awesome staff they have at First Texas Honda! Even the receptionist was so polite! Thank you guys for helping me get my dream car!! I smiled all the way from the dealership to my house in Kyle!
