My grandmother went to the ER with a heart problem...

My grandmother went to the ER with a heart problem. Staff was very friendly and kind. Normally ER staff seems annoyed or agitated but at floyd they were great. She was admitted to a room later that evening. Special about out to Anthony and Kelsey for being so kind and pleasant. The nurses were wonderful as well as the doctor. The complaints I have is that under was there washad a sock and vial left from the previous patients stay. Also it took about an hour after she got the discharge papers for the orderly to come with a wheelchair (she has mobility issues). Other than those two things it was a very pleasant stay for her.
