I wasn't really a customer of Hambleton Hall, but I felt that made my positive experience there all the more impressive. My partner fell off his bike half a mile away and needed first aid for some nasty grazes. Within 30 seconds of our entering reception and giving a brief explanation, the lovely staff had the well stocked first aid kit out and were patching him up. They really impressed me and I've really grateful for their help. I would absolutely go back!
