Showcasing the best of what Chicago has to offer, for a price, and they seem to have missed that Chicago has some of the best water on tap. The stuffed sausage and pepperoni pizza had a very thin layer of sausage along the crust edge of the slice and a single slice of pepperoni on top. Wife loved the mussels, personally not a fan, but the lemony garlic sauce with bread is delicious. Duck fat hot dog is definitely overrated/overpriced ($10 for a Chicago style dog) and they sold me on the loaded fries...which they proceeded to forget to load to their sole customer of the hour. Please get some water fountains/stations up! Definitely open to give it another go as they work out the kinks, but 8pm on a Sunday (though it is Thanksgiving Sunday) and there were more workers standing around chatting than patrons there.
