Stunning lobby and public areas. Room was large enough for 3 people but very dark. The electrics needed updating and the beds were small for doubles. The bathroom was ok, clean etc with nice toiletries, but the bath/shower had a horrible clingy shower curtain (yuk!).

They did unfortunately mess up the bill but sorted it out quickly when we notified them.

No free WiFi however, which you would think comes as standard these days.
