The staff seemed very helpful and friendly most of our stay. Unfortunately the reason it's getting one star is because I can't post without it. I would definitely give it no stars. The whole hotel had a funky smell and we found ROACHES in different parts of our hotel. My husband killed one on the 3rd floor. He killed one in our room on the 7th floor. He went to the lobby with it in a paper towel. They told us they apologize and moved our room to the 8th floor immediately. That night I woke up in the middle of the night to find another roach walking around on our nightstand. I called to the front desk to complain at 3 in the morning! I couldn't sleep after that and booked another hotel in the middle of the night. I checked out a full day early. They gave me back my money for 1 night and also comped our parking for our stay. They told me they never heard of this problem before, which I HIGHLY doubt. I traveled with two children under 5. It grossed me out so bad I didn't even feel comfortable at the second hotel. PLEASE DON'T GO HERE.
