This is the most unprofessional car dealership I have ever visited. The sales person named Frank was great and very knowledgeable about the car and it s features, he even thought me feature I had no idea the vehicle came with. However, the manager was very rude not to me personally but to the salesperson right in front me, other customers and employees as well. I felt bad for the salesperson to have to report such a rude individual. This manager had no respect for his employees or customers for that matter. The most surprising was which made no sense to me, when I asked the salesperson why was the manager yelling at him right in front of the customers, he informed because of his hand writing. The salesperson had better handwriting than me and if the reason was he was not supposed to write on the piece of paper, then that isn t something you yell at your employees in front of the customers, I wonder if they are getting treated while we as customers there, how do they get treated when we are not either. I never write reviews, but I couldn t help but feel helpless on how this person was treating another human being for writing on piece of paper. Landmark Honda can do better than this, treat your employees better so they can treat your customers better, remember managers should work for the employees and customers Beccause of what I witnessed this evening, not only will I never go there but I will recommend my families and friends to never go there either. This is a shame!!!
