I was badly received by a seller of the radius stay (sofa-furniture TV-coffee table) around 16h50-17h November 1, 2019. The seller has shipped me in 2 seconds chrono, I wish I had information on products that I found on your website "conforama" that said the products were available in your store and the seller did not even take the time to check all the items I wanted to buy and told me that the store has no stock and it's exclusive on the website. I was disappointed with the service and logistics of your store. The seller will have to offer me an alternative, but to my regret he did not do it. It is a lack of total professionalism.
