Wow - everything about our experience this weekend...

Wow - everything about our experience this weekend was incredible. Ryan at the front desk is an absolute gem. Very professional, sweet and a pleasure to deal with. Very understanding and flexible with our various changes of plans. Would return just based on this, but it gets better.

Brent (I think this is right and sorry if not!) the yellow door bistro/pool area manager as far as my understanding - you are doing an incredible job. Thank you for accommodating our last minute group size change and being so kind. The stresses and pressure of the governments COVID rules are an impossible task in the service industry but you are absolutely killing it. The staff was great - specifically Margot and you can tell they all truly care about their work.

Our next trip to downtown Calgary, it will be a no brainer as far as where we choose to spend our money. This place is doing everything not only right, but above and beyond.
