When I arrived I was told my reservation had been cancelled. It was not cancelled by me, and I prepaid (with no refund). I also had a confirmation, they still didn't have the room for me. They were able to fix it and get me a room; however, the shower faucet flew off the wall when I turned the water on to get in the shower (someone did come to fix it when I called the front desk, but I had to completely get redressed, etc. This should not happen), the thermostat on the wall did not control the temperature whatsoever, and the room was infested with ants. One of the worst hotel experiences I've had.
