Speakers did not work. Waited over 1/2 hr in rain ...

Speakers did not work. Waited over 1/2 hr in rain for next bus after not letting us on a half full bus.
Let people cut in line.
Cruise ship food was awful. Would not honor specials posted on boat.
Will never do again!
