If your desire is to enter the ER and be treated like a prisoner by the RN in Triage then come to Novant Health Rowan Medical Center. If you would like to come in for blood work , sit in a waiting area for 5 hours for seeing a Doctor on a Monday afternoon til evening then come to Novant Health Rowan Medical Center. Maybe your desire is to ask the same questions to 5 different working staff members who are unable to answer a simple insurance question such as Does my ER co-pay include a exam from the ER doctor ? then this is Definitely the hospital for you.

This hospital had a bad reputation with the community before it was purchased by a Novant and it still retains that crown for a reason. There are no clear answers , rude employees ( although the nurses did treat me with respect ) and no billing answers.

If I am going to a hospital it s not a social call, it s because I m ill and already experiencing a health concern. Good customer service and clear answers should be a requirement from anyone hired because that s what every patient needs. If a employee is unable to answer my question then direct me to someone who can. Simple! I have no desire for bureaucracy. If I request my records give them to me or direct me to the person I need to speak to receive them.
