DON'T USE THIS FACILITY! My mother used this place to rehab two broke legs. Its horrible. The CNA's are nice enough but other than that its a poor experience. The manager Mike Nichols is a walking car salesman. The social worker is inept and doesn't know the meaning of her job. The bathrooms are nasty. The meal plan is basically chef boy r dee poured in a plate even if the person is diabetic. It even says regular on the meal plan. They order the wrong material. They dont practice hygiene control on vitals using same thermometer with no cover. Gave my mother so much conflicting information she is still confused. Had a physical therapist tell her she should stay in a motel for 6 weeks...what? One told her to go into long term care and one person told her she was fine to go home all in the same day. Ok. Promised showers wvery 3 days has had 1 in 20 days. Has been given sponge baths instead. Promised doctor rounds on mondays...never saw him. Nurse practitioner every day saw her 3 times. Terrible place!!!!!!! Please please please find a better facility to go to if you can. Will be filing a complaint with the state and the operator of this place for sure.
