I am a doll collector, I called CBS to inquire about the Lonnie Quinn doll I saw on a commercial. The lady who answered the telephone was very rude to me an hung up the phone. That's not a good look for your station especially when I tell everyone to watch Channel 2 because it's the best station on t.v. I think you should retrain your employee on how to speak to people.
