Consider them loan sharks, I asked them about putting my payments on the back end during a Covid closure and go no response then a letter telling me they moved my payments to the back end for a $1450 charge. I cannot get information from them about my lease. I did not pay the fee because I never agreed to that, I did have to catch up my payments. They froze without any agreement or communication.
