This is a thank you to Maria who runs the AMT Coffee stand on the upper level of platforms from where the trains leave for Dover and beyond.
Although Maria was busy and I was frantically rushing to catch a train with two minutes to spare, she soothed my nerves, was professional, friendly and made me the best cappuccino I have drunk in years. She even took the care to run round from behind her stand and help as she could see my bag had been left open and my purse was about to drop out.
Well done St Pancras for employing this young woman - she's a treasure and should be cherished and suitably rewarded.
