My mom had a knee surgery I can t complain about her Dr because he is a blessing sadly it had to be at Knapp. We pressed the call button cuz my mom was having a head ache and had to use the bathroom 25 mins and no answer my sister and I took her to the restroom. I walked out the room and no one was in the nurses station. If my mom would of been in a life threatening situation and these people never answered my mom would of been dead!!! We talked to her nurse and she was telling us there was 1 cna for 3 wings, 1 lvn for 2 wings! Seems it s a lot of patients for just 1 person! Think the have to change that because it s too much for 1 person!!

This is people lives they shouldn t be trying to save money! I wouldn t come to this hospital but she has so much faith in her dr.
