Outside looks great. Front lawn is amazing. Walk into the lobby you are greated with beautiful decor. However, rooms need work, especially on the lower levels. Serious work! Noise level on lower level is unacceptable. We had to argue to be moved after 3 nights. Received rooms on the lobby level. These were acceptable. Restaurants are good. The roof restaurant has excellent view at night. Wok by the Sea has better tasting food. Breakfast had nice selection of Indian and western dishes. Room service was the quickest I have ever experienced. Front line staff can use a refresher in customer service. However bellmen and housekeeping always went the extra mile. Laundry service was amazing and punctual. Credit cards accepted, even AmEx (shocking!). Cash can also be exchanged at the front desk; if they have any.
