Refunds are poorly done. Even with the premium + formula, the costs are very poorly reimbursed.
Level customer service, people of very bad will behind, who promises you things (especially the reductions when we insure several dogs) and we have never had believe it.
Even to make a termination you have to fight ....

I strongly advise against this insurance.
