Classy hotel, nice ambience, facilities and rooms! Staff were great, Christina, PikWa, Slawek from the reception were professional and very friendly as well as Alan and Amanda from the guest services! Thanks to the amazing concierge team too.. Oliver for his fantastic recommendations, Daniel and Andrew! Nice breakfast offered. From the young smiley guy making the hot dishes at the buffet (don't know his name unfortunately) to the great Istvan.. Thank you all, looking foward to stay again and try out the spa as we did not have time for it at this stay with my family .
