An Aveda salon in name only. I've been to several Aveda salons in my life, and this one is an embarrassment to the Aveda brand, which is supposed to be high end quality. The manager is only there part-time, and it shows. Even on a good day the front desk staff gives you attitude and acts like they hate you. The service is sub-par, and the staff are unhappy because they are asked to do too much and not paid enough. I kept going because I liked my stylist, but when I needed a cut and she wasn't there that day I got treated like garbage. They say they work on the "team" concept so you're free to use any stylist, but they really don't. If you use a different stylist they don't care because you're not their customer. I eventually stopped going because it's too much to pay for what you get. I decided it wasn't worth the aggravation. There are plenty of salons out there that will give you a good haircut AND make you enjoy the experience. This one doesn't.
