This place has misleading-to-deceptive sales practices.

We were excited about getting a Tacoma and agreed to buy a premium audio system add on for a truck that had not yet arrived on the lot. The salesperson confirmed directly that this was the audio upgrade. (Audio is important to me.) We took the car back for service when the system sounded terrible, asking for a diagnosis of the problem. (It took four calls and two unanswered VMs to even set up an appointment - I finally had to call the sales department and have them set it up.) The service dept checked things out and said it is as expected. What?!? Long story short, in Toyota language, there is no such thing as a premium audio system. These words apparently only equate to navigation and service reminders.

The sales manager agreed with that this is misleading, but said it s my own fault for a) not knowing what Toyota themselves mean by premium audio and b) not calling out the salesperson about what *precisely* they mean by certain words. This would be akin to saying that a car is All Wheel Drive based solely on the fact that all the wheels turn both forward and backward. I was swindled of $2300, I feel dumb, and recommend others beware.

This would be a zero star review except for the great communication from the internet sales dept and the fact that we love the truck (other than the garbage stereo).
