About 8 staff members when I walked in. Reluctant to speak or ask me if I needed help.

I came in to give them money for an ergo chair that I already knew I wanted. Unfortunate.

But this is often the case at many AUSTIN stores for some demographics.

The guy was friendly and nice once I made a purchase, fortunately. No one else was.
