Absolutely gushing with praise for the staff at the Hilton. Just been on a business conference, rang ahead as I have life threatening allergies and honestly I've never experienced care and compassion quite like it. Hats off the Nada the catering manager, the chef's and so to the catering staff, they did an amazing job. All snacks, meals and drinks were carefully planned and catered not just for me but for all attendees as Im triggered by airborne particles too. So a huge heart felt thank you from me . Well done Hilton Metropole
