One star is too much for this awful place. They don t return phone calls, don t answer any question, and seem to just not care at all about their patients. Had a family member on a hold, and they refused to give me any information, and would return phone calls days later. Family member was forced to stay longer, and they didn t get any of the help they needed. Was sent home with absolutely no after care, even though I asked multiple times for referrals to psychiatrists around the area! Nothing was ever done. It s been about three weeks since their release from this terrible place, and we still have no referral to a psychiatrist. This place is terrible and should seriously be shut down. They don t help anybody there!!!!
