Bought an item 12 days ago on a Thursday. Called Monday to follow up, was told it as shipped.
I received an email today stating item back ordered.

I called and was on hold 45 minutes. Customer service came on line andnlong story short.
I got an apolgy, nothing more, no offer to make it right, no discount coupon, nothing.
I wasn't looking to make anything off this deal, but one would think they would at least try to retain my business
