Extremely unprofessional and unfriendly! Our building is secured through them. Three months ago, there was a burst pipe on the floor above me and a claim for insurance was filed. It s been a month since the application was submitted to the contact by the appraiser and that s because we were constantly calling and sending emails to go out on the field so we could repair the huge damage that had occurred. The appraiser went out into the field and then for the next month and a half we could get absolutely no information about the case! When I call them they don't have and can't give any information and they don't answer emails! Three months have passed and we are still waiting for their sublime answer !! Terribly ugly and unprofessional !! Definitely the kind of insurer that is wonderful when it comes to taking money, but when it needs to be given it is not on the map !!
