Lazada will not mediate if something goes wrong between seller and customer even with supporting documents. My advise to all, if you have proof (eg. in my case, non-delivery after payment for weeks), go to your bank and do a chargeback or file a dispute with your card company to get your refund. The caveat is that you must have had paid by card.
