We came here with our one year old form out of tow...

We came here with our one year old form out of town in order to experience ATL. The first thing I noticed when we walked into the room was an overwhelming stench of cologne. I thought maybe the sheets weren't cleaned, and so I inspected before putting my daughter to bed. There was hair all over the bed in the sheets. It was disgusting. I called the front desk and they said they'd move me to another room right away. Since they were moving me anyway, I asked him to please try and move us to a higher floor, as our floor was so close to the pool and street that we could hear everything, and I wanted my daughter to sleep well.
Then another person called the room back after a minute or so to say they had no other rooms with King beds in the entire hotel. My only option was to go to a double bed room on the same floor. I told the woman that this wouldn't work for us because my daughter sleeps in the bed with us and we wouldn't fit in a full size bed. She said that she would have housekeeping come up and change the sheets right away, without addressing how she would handle the strong cologne smell in the room.
When housekeeping came she literally told me to show her the hair on the bed... Like I was lying or something. I showed her and then she proceeded to radio someone letting them know to bring sheets. She changed the bed and that was it. Guest services did not call afterwards to see if everything was worked out and did not offer a solution for the very terrible smell in that room.
I found the sheets to be extremely scratchy and hospital bed quality. The water pressure in the shower was very low, something you would expect from a motel 6, and the temperature was really hard to control leaving you with either scorching hot water or cold water.
Two of the four lamps in the room had bad bulbs, which sucked because my husband and I wanted to use the lamps furthest away from the bed while the baby was sleeping but could not. We heard loud cars and motorcycles along with loud music from the busy street below ALL night! We heard people laughing and going about in the pool and jacuzzi until ten or so at night as well.

All in all this hotel is probably the worst one we could have gotten in ATL Bulkhead and we totally regret trying it out.
