This place is managed poorly, they will take up to 2 weeks to respond to emails and calls and they do not care about any problems residents have with the place. They went in my room twice without notice to "change locks" but my locks were never changed. Red stone Residential is horrible management. Only good part about gateway is its cheap. But know you get what you pay for, I say you go a little bit more expensive to avoid the problems that I encountered. 1/5
