I have a claim through this insurance company. So...

I have a claim through this insurance company. Someone hit my car on the street and left from the scene. A witness sent a picture with the tag to the police however, the agent is looking to get an signed statement from the witness only to delay the claim. He was very disrespectful telling me that he don't care when I asked him for a car rental. This insurance company need better professional to handle their claims. I made a couple of phone calls and emails to get the status of my claim however, no responses. A DISASTER
