I used to have amazing service at Airdrie Dodge......

I used to have amazing service at Airdrie Dodge... until the warranty was up on my vehicle! Then it became how much can they possibly charge me before i stop coming back. I was warned by numerous people not to deal with them but made the mistake anyway. After being charged $190 dollars to diagnose my vehicle (which was explained to be $160) I was then charged $872 to fix my AC. 12 days later the AC had completely stopped working again. I took the vehicle back in and was told that they would have to charge another $160 diagnostic fee. I was able to discuss that with the manager and have the fee waived only to come out with a quote for $2300 before tax to have the AC fixed again. I was completely knocked off my feet. I reached out to a mechanic for a second opinion and they explained to my that the "new" problem was likely the problem all along and that the plug was just the easiest (although temporary) fix. The diagnostic was not completed adequately to begin with and as a result I am now out $872 to have an even worse AC unit. My vehicle is five years old and had i known the full extent of the damage, there is no way I would have started the repairs. I have tried numerous times to address this with the service department and told them I wanted to be reimbursed for the previous bill or at least meet me half way and the best they are willing to do is take $50/hr off of the $160/hr labor bill. Which still leaves me with an almost $1900 bill for a total of $2950 into a fix that shouldn't have been done in the first place. As a result I will not be purchasing another vehicle from Dodge as I fear it will not be taken care of. Save your money. Learn from my mistakes. Go anywhere but here.
