Dr Halver and his assistant were very nice and I felt very comfortable with them. I was given detailed information about causes for my cat's symptoms and a plan for what to look for. The receptionists were awesome! I had called back and forth with them for scheduling options and their assistance and follow up was great. Furthermore, as soon as I walked in, they called me by my name (this is my first visit) and immediately brought me and my cat to an exam room. The ladies who then took care of the grooming were super friendly and helpful. I enjoyed chatting with them. This is a great facility!
