Went to Indulge for the first time yesterday with my daughter and other half. After waiting some time for our order to be taken, we ordered two savoury crepes and each of us ordered a dessert and drinks. The glasses provided for the drinks were absolutely filthy!. Our crepes arrived after about 20 mins along with my daughters dessert, as that was all she was having. I had the chicken supreme which was ok but had far too much garlic in it. My other half enjoyed his mexican crepe.
After we had finished we waited and waited for someone to clear out plates and bring our dessert. we continued to wait for about half an hour. When I finally gave in and asked one of the MANY people working there is we were ever going to get our dessert, she said we should have let them know if we wanted to add something to our order (in not a very polite way). I explained that we had ordered everything at the same time and had been asked if we would like it all brought at once or if we would like our crepes and then desserts afterwards ( which is the option we choose). she then said we should have let them know that we were ready for our desserts, I said I thought the fact that our empty plates had been sat on our table for half an hour was a bit of a give away that we had finished. She then changed the story saying had forgotten to get our order ready and it would be 5 mins. After 10-15 mins we gave up and said to forget it and just paid for what we had already had. There was no apology, no offer of the desserts or anything else for free, just looks from the staff of "what's your problem"!
There are so many people working/serving there but no sense of order or anyone knowing what their duties are or what anyone else is meant to be doing. It's complete chaos. Headless chickens spring to mind. At one point there were 10 customers crowding around the till waiting to order or pay and it was mayhem, none of the staff had a clue what to do, orders were getting messed up or forgotten.
So in summary dirty place, rude staff, no customer service, no apologies = wont be going back or recommending to anyone!
