Although the quality of work is note the point of this review, waiting one and a half hours for an oil change is a bit much. After an hour I asked about my car and was told it won't be long. At one hour and twenty I ask again and mentioned that taking this long for just an oil change causes people like me to think twice. His response: "OK"!!!
SERIOUSLY? I had an appointment: its not as if they fit me in. Grrrrr
