The saying "Patience is a Virtue" could not be more on point when dealing with auto repairs. I've always been taken care of well at Jim Ellis Mazda. The service team is great, the salespeople are trustworthy, and the staff are nice. They do the best they can to do it right the first time and when it isn't they work with you to get it right.
