I live in 1983 Blenheim St. (Adagio). Wanted to thanks Shaun Nichol the building manager who provides very top notch services to the tenants. He is very responsive, friendly and a problem solver and has strong communication skills. Always there for the tenant's needs. During the building renovation upgrades he acted very professional as the tenants' rep and liason. Very happy with First Service Residential property management company too for showing care to tenants.
