Very good telephone service, courteous, welcoming and precise.
I do not understand the negative opinions.
It's been 2 times that I call the cantonal administration of Vaud, certainly I wait between 5 minutes and 10 minutes before someone on the phone, but that person answers me in a courteous manner and even wishes me a happy birthday without let her know my date of birth! I asked very specific questions on French tax forms, I had my questions answered and very precisely. Thanks for the phone service.
