Unprofessional service teams including the management.
Very disappointed with their service.
I brought my car in to have a complimentary oil change service. After hours, the manager, service representative came to me and told me that my car was damaged after they finished the service. My rear bumper was totally racked. They apologized that this happened and they promised to repair the damage on their expense ( of course ).... Since I had to return to California for a end of year trip, I told them I would come back in 2 weeks to have my car repaired, When I came back to NY and called them to bring my car to repair, they never answered my phone calls ( 5 calls and 4 Voice mails ) and never responded to my emails ( 3 emails ). I was so frustrated and after 4 -5 days later, they called me saying they were busy..... ( oh yeah.... then I am not the busy one ... huh ? )
Anyway, they repair process was frustrating when dealing with the service team and the manager whom I asked several times to talk to was never available.... maybe she didn't want to deal with me as the repair was done.
Bottom line is that they whole process of repair, customer service and how they handle the customers car in the service center was absolutely disappointing and now I know why people go to chose Merc or Bimmer over Lexus....
I would not recommend this dealership to any of my family or friends.
