I have been a loyal BMW customer at this dealership for several years. However, after my HORRIBLE experience with @BMWofspringfieldNJ today I m DEFINITELY reconsidering BMW as my future car. To be treated with such disrespect in the midst of a global pandemic is unbelievable. Although it wasn t busy and I had an appointment, I waited more than 30 minutes for the sales manager to show up with an attitude. Not even offering any apologies for his tardiness. He made me feel rushed like I was doing him a favor to see me. He was arrogant and condescending when answering my questions. He showed no interest at all in selling me the new model. BMW needs to offer better training of their sales mangers and staff. I d avoid at all costs. This not what you would expect at a luxury dealership.
