I made a reservation through Booking. com at this Hotel with FREE CANCELLATION POLICY, they charged 50% of my reservation. When II decide to cancel the reservation THE MONEY HAS NOT BEEN RETURNED to me, and they intend to give me a voucher and if I do not use it in 18 months, after 18 months they will return my money.
They say that it is by a Greek law although it goes against European laws.

Hice una reserva a traves de Booking. com en este Hotel con POLITICA DE CANCELACION GRATUITA, ME COBRARON EL 50% DE RESERVA.
Al cancelar la reserva NO ME HAN DEVUELTO EL DINERO y pretenden darme un voucher y si no utilizo en 18 meses.Pasados los 18meses me devolveran el dinero.
Dicen que es por una ley griega aunque va en contra de las leyes europeas.
