I personally have called Kevin Ebied in membership...

I personally have called Kevin Ebied in membership at least 7 times and he never, I mean never answers his phone. To make matters worse he doesn't even return Phone calls. I even got in my car and drove to the club, guess what? Not in and no one can sign up new members. How on earth is this place going to stay in business? I'm taking my money to Dearborn Health and Raquet where they actually have a responsive sales team. No sense in complaining to the owners of The Fairlane Club because Kevin is a relative of the owner. What a joke of a business model.
